    Got home from the AZ resort I was staying in this week. Despite going over my calorie goal 4 out of 5 nights, I'm down 1.6 lbs. A nice way to end a great trip. Back to my normal routine, did a 3.7 mile walk/run. I haven't run in 11 days so it felt good.

    And happy to get to use my ticker again ;)
