So, between a stomach bug that attacked my family over the weekend cancelling my bike ride Sunday, run Monday and swim Tuesday and the oral surgery that I am having tomorrow cancelling my run Thursday and walk Friday, I am done for the month. Didn't meet my goal, but there was not much I could do about it. On to November!

I'm back from 4 glorious days in the Florida Keys! Friday was cloudy and overcast, but I got some miles in on walking. Saturday and Sunday, I ran, paddleboarded and kayaked on a Hobie that works with pedals-- tons! Monday I was sore and useless
Now, I need to get my legs back so I can accumulate miles on my bike!0 -
Added 7.5 miles with today's workout bringing me over my goal for October!!!! 105.2/100 done and 3 more days to go!! Have not even come close to my monthly goal since the spring, so very excited with this month's progress! Cheers to all who have reached their goals this month and if you haven't, don't give up!!0
