    so i am gonna try to check in daily. I really need to do something more to make myself do what i am supposed to do. So i will start checking with yesterdays weight.

    I am seeing if I can lose weight at 1% per week (diminishing), I'll know in a week or two.

    The scales is not moving but it is still better than gaining I guess. I think I am underestimating my calorie intake TT I am planning to buy a food scale soon. I still have not established an exercise routine yet. I hope I can start later this day.
