The way I am going on I am not going to meet target this month. If I don't it will be the first month I have missed. The weather is so bad here, rain and gales so not getting the walking in that I normally do. Note to self 'must try harder'

Okay...busy, busy, busy! But it was a great morning for running.
Monday, Dec. 15: Cycling 6 miles and walked 4 miles
Tuesday, Dec. 16: Walked 6 miles and ran 4 miles
Wednesday, Dec. 17: Elliptical 5 miles and walked 5 miles
Thursday, Dec. 18: Swam 2 miles, walked 6 miles and stationary biked 2 miles
Friday, Dec. 19: Ran 5 miles, cycled 3 miles and walked 3 miles
Saturday, Dec. 20: Ran 7.5 miles and walked 3 miles

OOPSIES!!!! Sorry Janet....and everybody else. I was naughty last night and didn't get an update in! I was sitting on the couch with my son and we were both watching "It's a Wonderful Life" for the first time (hard as that is to believe
) and I remember at a couple points thinking I need to not forget to do the update before I go to bed, but *sigh* I still forgot.
Oh well, I guess I actually left something for Janet to update this week as a result.
Hope everyone is having a great day! I'm still sitting on the couch icing my surgery site and will not be exercising yet today and probably not tomorrow either.Oh well. Someday I'll get to resume. I hope.
