    cold rainy day, so did not go out, plus I am so sore from yesterdays run..ugggg

    1/1= 28 min. walk/jog 10 jj & 5 s. (my knees to do like squats!!)
    1/2= 10 jj & 5 s. that's all today

    I plan to get on my stairmaster every day this week for 45 minutes so far I have done this yesterday and today. I will report back on the 7th.

    2nd January 48 minutes of upper body arms core followed by cardio today.

    3rd January I got 100 minutes in today. 70 minute trail walk and 30 minute legs workout

    Jan 1: 1/2 hour calisthenics (squats and jumping jacks in there), 30 minutes Wii.

    Bonus round: 10 squats with 2X5 dumbbells.

    Jan 2: 30 minutes Wii. 45 minutes walking.

    Bonus Round: 5 squats with 2X10 dumbbells, 8 jumping jacks

    Jan 3: 20 minutes yoga/strength exercises, 20 minutes walk/jog
