    Kids went back to college today so even though I didn't get structured exercise in, I did climb up and down the steps at least 20 times today while helping gem load their cars. Back on track tomorrow!

    3rd January I got 100 minutes in today. 70 minute trail walk and 30 minute legs workout

    Missed the start of this so will have to miss out the bonus round but will try to fit the minutes in over the next few days:
