    1/2=60 min aerobic step, 32 min bike, 45 min mod pace 10 JJ, 10 squats

    2nd January 48 minutes of upper body arms core followed by cardio today.
    72 to go.
    3rd January I got 100 minutes in today. 70 minute trail walk and 30 minute legs workout
    4th January 20 minutes on the stepper
