I'm 5'3'' and I weigh about 114 lbs if that helps!
there's an electric body fat analyzer at our gym that I know isn't always very accurate, but atleast I know my bodyfat has been going down. Used to show me 34.4% and last time I checked it showed 29.8%, but what do you think? Am I still really that high in bodyfat?

I don't currently have any recent progress photos, but I plan on taking some tomorrow morning. My scale estimates me at a pretty steady 23%, so I'm just trying to get a grip on how accurate that may be. (I understand it's hard to tell via photos, but the trained eye may do better than a scale calculation)
I'll post relaxed and flexed, just for comparison purposes.0 -

I'm quite curious as well. You could perhaps PM one of the mods-- I believe the first page said something about sending them directly, if you prefer. I would presume they're rather busy if they're managing groups and all. I can tell you that yours is probably far less than mine, at least! xP0

Haha thanks! at this point I probably need to make updated pics anyways. My body seems to be changing week by week and its been about a week and a half since these were taken. I will have to make some more soon I suppose.
