    Another 6.6 miles walking from Monday, Tuesday, and this morning; bringing my total miles 52.7 for January.

    I have a fitness test after work that I'm kind of dreading - even though I signed up for it. Then depending on whether I end up mostly dead or all dead, as determined by Miracle Max, I may attend a Curves Body Basic class tonight.

    I hope everyone has a great day.

    If you're mostly dead, he can bring you back. If you're completely dead, the only thing to do is go through your pockets and look for loose change. :smile: Have fun storming the castle!

    =============================
    SPREADSHEET UPDATED TO HERE

    See (but not edit) the
    spreadsheet here:

    =============================

    And coming in at GOAL today: CECI_O_K :drinker: SUPERFOX12082 B) 2ESSIE :flowerforyou: ANACONDA469 (*)

    KAR328 - I was wondering about that when I saw your ticker. I must have inverted a number or something last night...??? All fixed now, though!

    VHUBER - >:) grrrrrr

    NOTE TO ALL: I <3 seeing all the yellow and green on the spreadsheet - AND there are lot of people in blue who are SUPER SUPER close to green. Keep working hard everyone. You're doing great. There are 10 days left in the month. YOU CAN DO IT. (and if you can't, you can still do your best and if you move 1 mile more this month because of this challenge than you would have without the challenge, we have all succeeded!)

    Adding another 34 miles. That should make 190 out of 200.
    @ Dave - So that should get me to about 95%. Since scientific rounding would say we round to the even number when the last digit is a five, that would round to 100%. So do I still have to ride the last 10? :smile: :laugh:

    Well, I was told to take it easy on going up stairs for a bit longer. Its really hard to take a walk at work though without stairs. Today - "Walk, don't jog" was my constant reminder during my 7 laps today. : )

    @ Sufferlandrian - thanks for the laugh. We don't round to the nearest 10 miles here. We don't even round to the nearest mile. I suggested that once (so I wouldn't have to remember all the decimals when I update the spreadsheet) and I was almost run out of town. We track our miles to the nearest 1/100th, even if we're dcmat and 1/100 of a mile is like 0.00000000000001% of our total mileage LOL.

    As for me, I got my long run done in the prescribed time, but it was hot out by the time I finished (sorry all you folks that are about to be hit with another blast from the polar vortex). Then I walked the dogs. My drama dog that had the surgery actually walked all the way to the beach today and had an ocean swim. Yay for her! That puts me deep into bonus mile territory.
