Sharing a NSV:
I broke my sneakers yesterday, literally, cracked the foam all the way through to the footbed. The guy at Tradehome was surprised and said "How many miles do you have on these things!?" You are only supposed to get between 250-300 miles on them.
I had to look it up and was surprised to find I logged a whopping 496 miles between biking, elliptical, & walking! New sneakers obtained, New Balance 1012 with a heat formed insole for my flat feet, and I'm good as new.
The NSV to me is that I wore out my shoes0 -

Regular Tuesday at the gym this morning = 6.95 miles. Then a bout with my lovely therapeutic massage therapist, who is trying to get more mobility in my left shoulder [ difficulty reaching up my back]. It all left me feeling ready for a snooze!
January total so far = 71.07 miles. Hope this gets me up in the green.0 -

Definitely starting to feel better. I could do all 7 laps of my 3 story building today in 30 minutes. Last week I was only doing 5 laps. 7 Laps equals 1 mile and normally does take me 30 minutes on an even day.0 -
