    I jacked up my knee the other day, carrying my 60-lb, 7.5 yr old, up the stairs to his room when he was dead-weight asleep. Going up stairs hurts badly... but, no pain on the bike! Weird (and thankful for it!)

    Ok Janet, I punched out another 12 miles today between XC skis and the bike. That makes 202 out of 200. GOAL! :smiley:
