Ahhh...it,s Groundhog Day her again today. Windchills below zero and not meant for man for beast. H does one train for a half marathon in this weather aside form the gym? I will not sign up for another spring long distance race any more.

Overwhelming work schedule plus a nasty cold has really knocked me down this last week. I finally felt well enough today to get outside for a nice walk. No land speed records, but the fresh air was nice, even if it was only 24F. I am hopeful that things are settled enough that I can get back in here more often and get out for more walks too.
So, continuing with my every little bit helps theme, I added 15.25 more miles. Since February 4, so I really need to get it in gear.

Adding another 7 miles for 145 out of 300. Biking after weights makes your legs feel like wet noodles. Makes me want to get some Chicken Alfredo.0
