    Well it looks like my Jump Rope for Heart event may be a freeze out for Friday. Temp at minus 10 at wake up with wind chills in the minus 26 range.
    Feb. 18: Running with my students today. 6 miles and walking 3.5

    19.5 miles at spin class tonight. I was able, for the most part, to keep up with the class - although it is clear I did not stretch well enough at the end, as my right quad is really REALLY tight tonight. I'm going to do some foam rolling after I update the spreadsheet. My hip is feeling sore but not super painful. We'll see how it is tomorrow morning.

    I have a question for you runners out there. :) I wake up at 5:20 and get to the gym by 6:00 most mornings to run. I am constantly seeing that I should be eating before I run, but then I'd have to get up even earlier and go to bed even earlier. What are your thoughts on this? I'm usually running between 3 and 4 miles. Thanks!

    With a single digit wind chill, I was forced to use the indoor track again. After my TRX/Kettle bell class, I walked four miles on the track and did 1 mile on the elliptical for 5 miles today. Feeling accomplished when I hit my 10K steps at 10 AM.
