19.5 miles at spin class tonight. I was able, for the most part, to keep up with the class - although it is clear I did not stretch well enough at the end, as my right quad is really REALLY tight tonight. I'm going to do some foam rolling after I update the spreadsheet. My hip is feeling sore but not super painful. We'll see how it is tomorrow morning.

Got in about 3 runs since I posted last.

I have a question for you runners out there. I wake up at 5:20 and get to the gym by 6:00 most mornings to run. I am constantly seeing that I should be eating before I run, but then I'd have to get up even earlier and go to bed even earlier. What are your thoughts on this? I'm usually running between 3 and 4 miles. Thanks!0
