    hello my mfp friends! on Jan 21, on my way home from my 5:45 a.m. spinning class, i was involved in a devasting head on collision with numerous injuries, so, I have been MIA. i won't be able to participate in the challenge for quite a while since i am non weight bearing for three months, and then i start therapy. i only have my left arm to work with, so forgive my typos! but, i feel blessed to have survived, no brain injury, nor spine. Ironically and thankfully, the 16 year old boy that hit me suffered no injuries(he was in an SUV)
    So, can you add my 28 miles to my January totals??? B)

    Ouch! So glad you're okay and prayers for a speedy recovery.

    2.8 mile walk in 16 degrees. Waiting for the feeling to return to my face. I was planning on skipping today but also hated the idea.

    Wow! I'm glad you didn't suffer brain or spine injuries. I'm glad you're still with us. I know you won't be able to post miles, but keep us posted on your progress.

    No work today...no Jump Rope for Heart event that I have been planning for weeks but I got to sleep in and went to the gym and worked out for two plus hours. More time for my kiddos to raise money too.
    Feb. 19: 10. 5 Miles running with my kids and walking everywhere
    Feb. 20: 6 miles on the treadmill which is a new personal best since I hate treadmills and my feet go numb and 6 miles on the bike after with an hour of lifting weights to boot.
    TTD: 195.82 miles.....close to goal and I may even get some extra. (Tomorrow 3 to 6 inches coming in the morning)

    OH WOW, so sorry to hear you got hurt!!! :( I wondered what happened to you because that's not like you to just disappear like that. I'm so relieved and thankful that you're going to be okay. That's so crazy how things can just change in an instant like that. Take your time and recover well and check in with us from time to time to let us know how you're doing! :flowerforyou:

    I walked a bit last night and ran 3 tonight....I think I'm about 10 miles behind green. I just need to get my booty on the bike and get caught up, hasn't happened yet tho!

    Good ride today, but......weather change coming tomorrow, big windstorm through Monday. But at lease I split the uprights and hit GOAL! Might try to ride the winds, depending how bad it gets.
