    Great work, everybody!!!!

@Panda - the endurance for the turns will build quickly, your body just needs a few sessions to adjust & soon you'll be doing flip turns on every turn.....

That sounds interesting. Is this to develop the turning technique?
Need to give that a try!

Yes and no. My technique is already excellent, but doing the drill helps speed. Typically turns are a slow down point. The slowing can be mitigated by implementing the drill as standard procedure in a racing situation. My purposes for doing the drill are more centered around moving my heart rate up. It's more geared toward a workout situation.

About 30 min today. Still working on finding (and keeping) a rhythm. It felt hard, although by the end, it seemed it went by quickly. Just glad I went. Put a bean in the jar... ;)

Clive - way to be smart about it, a couple of easy days allow the arms to recover....

Curly - some days are like that & the best thing to do is work through it. Nice job!!!!

Fast Sets of 200 m, then 100m. Plus a bunch of other stuff.
Also a drill where after each 50m you decrease the amount you breath, ie start every 2nd stroke, then next 50 every 3rd, etc.

Thursday nights are going to become tough since I am also starting to run Thursday nights.
I got a leg cramp in my 50 fun lap using fins, by product of running then using fins. I always tend to cramp up in fins. I think it is because I don't seem to relax enough in them.

ashen - make sure you're properly hydrated, I'm prone to cramping in my calves but drinking enough water before & during my workout helps....
