About 30 min today. Still working on finding (and keeping) a rhythm. It felt hard, although by the end, it seemed it went by quickly. Just glad I went. Put a bean in the jar...0

Clive - way to be smart about it, a couple of easy days allow the arms to recover....
Curly - some days are like that & the best thing to do is work through it. Nice job!!!!0 -

Fast Sets of 200 m, then 100m. Plus a bunch of other stuff.
Also a drill where after each 50m you decrease the amount you breath, ie start every 2nd stroke, then next 50 every 3rd, etc.
Thursday nights are going to become tough since I am also starting to run Thursday nights.
I got a leg cramp in my 50 fun lap using fins, by product of running then using fins. I always tend to cramp up in fins. I think it is because I don't seem to relax enough in them.0 -
ashen - make sure you're properly hydrated, I'm prone to cramping in my calves but drinking enough water before & during my workout helps....0
