    @ Janet - Way to go on the goal! You had some tough runs this month to make it there and look at you. A week early and your into bonus miles. They are almost as yummy and Ben and Jerry's Americone Dream ice Cream. Almost. :smile:

    After two long shifts, I got to enjoy the 57 degree weather. Did a 4 mile walk after walking around the Body, Mind, Spirit Expo in Raleigh. I like the New Agey stuff.

    Sufferlandrian - Thanks! This has been quite a month for me - starting with the fact that 100% of my miles this month are running. I have done some walking and cycling but I didn't count them. But glad as I am to have kept up with my new, intense training program, bonus miles DO NOT compare to ice cream. And now I want ice cream LOL.

    What a very bad windy day. Took a ride as it is sunny and beautiful. @spikesmom I am sure happy you are ok, know that we are here for you, whether you are moving or not. @sufferlandrian, good news. After my 2 year old smart phone took the big dump, I had to get a new one. Well this one will allow me to use the cadence sensor and stuff you sent me. So just as soon as I figure out how to get this thing running and use the Wahoo app, I will finally figure out what I am doing cycling wise.
