-2 waking up this morning not to mention the wind chill factor but I kicked butt at the gym tonight despite another couple inches and the brutal cold. Got 17 mph cycling in along with a hard stair climbing workout and threw in an hour of weight lifting to boot.
Take that cold weather....ha ha.
Feb. 16: Stair Climb 2.75 miles, cycled 8.9 miles and 1 mile walking to boot.

The snow started this morning right before I left for work and it is still coming down. Should be fun getting to work in the morning.
All I really wanted to do after dinner was sleep. but I need to stay on track from here on out if I have any chance at making goal. So I spent a little time on the treadmill watching the snow fall outside the window. Added 4.25 miles today.
