GAH!! I took my fitbit off of my wrist last night to work on my son's GF's car and I forgot to put it back on after I cleaned the grease off my hands .... and now I'm at work all day without it!!!

What a nice way to start the calendar week. Yesterday it was 65, sunny and no wind on the beach. So went on a big walk on the beach with my good friend. A nice recovery day from biking. Now I have to see if I can ride today, deep sand has my legs kinda sore.

Today's stuff. After the deep sand walk from yesterday, I was just barely able to take a walk to loosen things up. Feel better now, so back on the bike tomorrow. Have an event coming up next month and another long one in June.
