So I did my new video walk off fat I did the 20 min to start because I want to go out today I will assume that is a mile so I am now am at 27.5 mile thus far.

So, the end of February is here and I did pretty good I think. Today I maybe, might do a walk this afternoon. Thursday I did the two mile walk and jog and then on Friday I did the 3 Mile Mega walk. Good for you Bandit making your goal. I agree with zichab that you are a walking ninja . Oh, my, I nearly busted my gut laughing when you said that Alex was going to become our Waldo :laugh: . Too funny, and true lol.
I also agree that my grands grew faster than my own children did. That must be one of those secret laws of nature. Pinkypan, there is no stopping you!! kab789, the 3 Mega Mile is a great DVD! Glad that you got it!!!
I'm still trying to convince myself to do a mile or two today. It is cold and rainy and I just want to get warm.... exercise warms us up doesn't it.... hmmmm, maybe I'm on to somethig lol.

Imagine my surprise! It's the old gang on this one and Mary Kay leads a little in the second mile. It is going to become one of my favorite "go tos" I can tell already. And yes TexasGardnr, it will get you all warmed up! It's 23 degrees in MI and I am sweating! Go for it!!!! :laugh:

I went for it zichab, I did the 5K With a Twist which is one that I go to when I do not feel like doing anything or any DVD. Not sure why it works but it does. When I'm in that kind of mood I pick the music only option and put my iPod on with either my current audio book or a podcast. The time goes really fast this way and I can get into it because I'm also distracted by my book.
Yes, 4 Really Big Miles DVD is an awesome one!! That is a great surprise that you had finding the old gang and Mary Kay leading some That one is a great workout! Good for you!
Do you have 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk? Mary Kay leads the whole middle mile and it is a serious cal burning sweaty mile indeed .
February is almost in the box, as they say.... we've had a good showing for the last day of the month! Any more last minute walkers??? Come on in!!
I am so hopeful that spring will show up in March for real, and not just on the calendar

42 miles for the month. Woohoo! My goal was 40.
I really enjoyed the Walk it Off in 30 Days dvd with the firming sessions.
I also like the 4 Really Big Miles. I actually did 3 of them on Friday. One of my goals for March will be to do all 4.

Ann, you rocked your goal!! I like how you split some of the longer 'continuous walks' up when you want a different number of miles, but want that walk. I need to try that b/c sometimes I think about one like the Super Challenge but no way am I wanting a 4 mile w/o that particular day so I look for something else. Good idea.
bgoddess, cool that you did your new Walk Off Fat DVD. It is always fun to get those new one in our rotation.
pinkypan, I really like how you were so determined that you loaded up 3 different DVDs to get your complete walk in. I sometimes can put in a second, but I've never even remotely wanted to put in a third DVD .

I am so busy with the new job, it keeps me hustling but I am still doing my walks, some days more then others. I try to keep updated here but not able to get here everyday. Everyone has done an amazing job! can't wait till it warms up here and the snow is gone, I am itching to get hiking!0
