    Hi all, I am so glad to find this group. I have been doing LS walking videos for awhile now. I had a hip replacement 1/2014 and the videos really helped me after gaining some weight due to inactivity. I still have issues with my arthritis some days but am trying to walk regardless. My goal will be 50 miles this month. I have already done 4/50 and am anxious to accomplish my goals. Suppose to start getting warmer here in IL next week, 50's! Hopefully I can get out and do some walking outdoors as well….good luck all!

    Hi friends!

    I fell off the wagon in what, January?

    I've been sticking to eating healthy since January 2 and have lost 18 lbs! I knew that being down almost 20 lbs. that it was time to start incorporating exercise back into my routine regularly, so that's what I'm making sure to do! I thought of this group yesterday when I popped in one of my Leslie DVDs and got a 3 mile walk in. :smile: Today, I did 2 miles.

    March 3: 3 miles
    March 4: 2 miles

    Total: 5 miles

    I'm aiming for at least 20 miles this month to hold myself accountable to make the effort.

    Question for you all….I walk with a fitbit all day and was wondering do you guys post your all day miles on here or just your exercise miles? So far I just have posted exercise miles. TIA

    Hi Diana and welcome! I just got a Garmin Vivofit for Christmas and I have been tracking my Leslie miles and then any miles my Garmin logs beyond that. So, if I do a 4 mile walk with Leslie, but my Garmin shows 6 miles logged for the day, I log 4 miles with Leslie and 2 miles with Garmin. It helps to track total miles for the day, especially on the days when I can't walk with Leslie :disappointed: . Hope this helps!

    On this snowy morning I was able to get my workout in early so I did the 40 min fat burn, I really have to say that is a good workout for me now.
    March 5th 3 miles total 10 miles

    7/50 Today I did the 5 Day Slim Down. It's tough but I love it.

    24/90 I did 4 of the 5 Mega Miles this morning. Mile 3 was too high impact for me so I skipped it and then finished with the 1 Mile Walk in Home to log 5 miles this morning. Happy Friday everyone! Have a great weekend!
