Did 3.5 miles today and all of them with Leslie. That brings me up to
5/600 -
My goal: 100 miles this month.
3/1 did 2.5 miles.
3/2 did 3.7 miles.
Both gliding on a Gazelle-like thing. Need to clear a space to do videos.0 -

February goal: at least 2-3 miles or 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week.

Thanks for the encouragement texasgardnr-I knew teaching all these online classes this semester was going to be hard on my weight loss, but my goodness-not this hard! Up 2, down 2.1, up 1.8, down 2.2 This is new for me as the rest fell off slowly, but it kept going down! I will persevere however because the alternative is going back up and that is out of the question! :laugh:

Hi all, I am so glad to find this group. I have been doing LS walking videos for awhile now. I had a hip replacement 1/2014 and the videos really helped me after gaining some weight due to inactivity. I still have issues with my arthritis some days but am trying to walk regardless. My goal will be 50 miles this month. I have already done 4/50 and am anxious to accomplish my goals. Suppose to start getting warmer here in IL next week, 50's! Hopefully I can get out and do some walking outdoors as well….good luck all!0

I fell off the wagon in what, January?
I've been sticking to eating healthy since January 2 and have lost 18 lbs! I knew that being down almost 20 lbs. that it was time to start incorporating exercise back into my routine regularly, so that's what I'm making sure to do! I thought of this group yesterday when I popped in one of my Leslie DVDs and got a 3 mile walk in. Today, I did 2 miles.
March 3: 3 miles
March 4: 2 miles
Total: 5 miles
I'm aiming for at least 20 miles this month to hold myself accountable to make the effort.0 -

Question for you all….I walk with a fitbit all day and was wondering do you guys post your all day miles on here or just your exercise miles? So far I just have posted exercise miles. TIA0
