I started LC do anyone have any before and afters or tell me where to go and see them. I need some encouragement. :D

    Welcome, i'm not aware of any before-and-after's on this site. I'm sure if you google Keto/Low car Before and After you will get loads of pictures from people :)

    Welcome! There is a before/after of one gentleman here who's name is completely escaping me. Anyone? I think he posted pics in one of the success story threads. I'm not really ready to show my self to the world yet, lol. Maybe someday.

    He has lost 251 lbs. since Aug 2013 on low carb (Atkins).

    Posted before... but whatever. I need more recent photos, not that anything has changed. I'm still roughly the same weight as the after (maybe a kg lighter).

    From over 103 kg to around 71 kg. From an XL shirt to an S/P shirt.

    I don't have photos to go with it, but just found out measurements from a year ago tomorrow show about 2-4" lost in all the major zones, chest, waist, hips, and thighs. An inch on arms in the last 3-4 weeks, and similar portions on all of the above. Hoping to rope my guy into someone 1 year progress photos. Will update as possible. Oh, and that's a little over 20 pounds permanently gone in that year.

    This was a few weeks ago when I hit 50 lbs gone. 24 weeks, I've lost 36 lbs of fat (54 lbs total), 9 inches off my waist.

    These are the best two pictures I have on my new device. I'm down 100 pounds in roughly 14 months. 60 was just pure change in diet. 40 was a combination of diet and exercise. None of it was counting calories in / calories out, just aiming to keep carbs below 30 g a day. BTW, the bearded dragon is my daughter's and he is awesome!

    Wow I love this post! It is so inspiring for a newbie like me. So far I am down 4 pounds and my belly has gone down a lot and I have lost 1/2 inch on my hips. I hope one day to have amazing before and after pictures. I will get there. Thank you all for the inspirations! You are amazing and way to go!

    I took my before pictures wearing just underwear, so even when I look fabulous I probably won't show them for comparison. LOL
