    It's raining and I am taking a rest day today. I pulled up lame Sunday while out running. I don't know if they should put me out to pasture or just shot me. Anyway, I was able to get 5.5 miles in walking today. :D

    I'm still walking when I get a few minutes, but I think I may be falling behind a bit. :( Ah well, I have plenty of time to make it up.

    It's warmer here finally, but rainy and foggy, so outside was not an option today (unless I borrowed a rowboat anyway.) Hoping for better weather tomorrow. B)

    Don't think I'm going to make goal this month. I picked up a respiratory virus and was coughing up blood last night. It seems to have gone away this morning and I'm feeling better but I don't think I'll be exercising the rest of this week. Let's see what I can do when I get back on the bike next week.

    3.5 for today. Can't wait until I get some time to run outside. Too dark in the mornings still. Too busy in the evening. At least I can get to the gym.

    1.25 miles this morning before strength training. Wednesdays are supposed to be my double days so I'm planning on adding more tonight!
