    Put me down for 2000 this month.....April Fool's. I am really in for 250 again this month. I may up it if I can get through lots at work and get more pedal time in durning cross training.

    April 1: 10 miles. Ran 5 miles and walked 5 miles
    TTD: 10 miles

    Well today it doesn't seem like a reasonable goal, but put me down for 75 miles in April. Things should settle down a bit around here in the middle of the month.

    Walked an entire mile today. :/ Not exactly a blazing start.

    Really not sure how many I will get done. I am off to do London marathon, last long run on Sunday then the crazy taper, fly half way round the world, run, and then doing a bit of a tour in Europe with my son - he lives in London. My first time there :)

    I will try and keep in touch, but we don't leave till 18 April
