    Sw 166 lbs
    Week 5 166 lbs.
    Week 6 167 lbs.

I don't know why I gained this week, I have eaten healthy 6 days of the week, & had one cheat day. I am thinking cheat days don't work the same when pregnant. Major bummer. Every time I have a cheat day I gain like 4 lbs., & spend the rest of the week trying to fight it back off. I need a new strategy. I do not want to gain in the first trimester.

I've noticed this too. While losing before pregnant, I had a cheat day that I worked into my calories for the week. Now if I do the same thing, my weight shoots up 2-4 pounds the next day and never goes back down :/

3rd baby. Trying to be more aware this go 'round. Like the accountability of posting here:
5'5, 35 yr old. Lost 70 lbs after second son...
    was maintaining between 136-138.
    10 weeks- 138.4
    11 weeks- 138.4
    12 weeks- 140.2
    13 weeks- 144.4
    14 weeks- 142.6
    15 weeks- 143.6
    16 weeks- 143.0
    17 weeks- 150.6
    18 weeks- 151.6
19 weeks- 152.8 ugh. Up up up! After a loss and the maintenance, seeing the number go up has been harder than I thought! After this weekend (my birthday! ) I intend to track next week, and stick to a calorie goal. For now, I've been snacking all the time and eating whenever and whatever!

@JustAnotherGirlSuzanne after going over 200# with both of my boys, and then a pretty significant loss, that 200 number is so scary for me now! I really don't think I'd end up there again... but gah. It's a great goal!

@katiebrew I'm in the same boat. Can honestly say I've thrown all my weight loss and maintenance knowledge out the window! That's what's frustrating for me... i know I know better... and yet I keep snacking. Can't pass up the goodies...

@TANNE21 hope you got better results with the longer glucose test!

So at home the day I got my BFP I weighed 147. This is right after 7lbs of holiday fatty fatness and an additional 10lbs from my previous pregnancy that never came off. I'm 5'3". Honestly weeks 10-17 are rough estimates but anything beyond that I'm tracking carefully and watching what I eat now because I finally feel well enough to do so!

Passed my glucose test :) I had a pretty decent weekend with eating and didn't go overboard like I have for the past 2 months, lol. I've still been walking lots although I can tell my energy isn't up to par. I have some allergy/sinus issues though and that could be contributing. I've been slacking on water and have had massive chocolate/dessert cravings for the past 3 days. 10 weeks left!

WELP, looks like that birthday weekend in Vegas caught up with me, even though I was hiking and doing CRAZY amounts of walking...i doubled my Fitbit goal of 10,000 steps per day. I'm extremely discouraged, but the best I can do is keep eating at a moderate deficit and keep up with the exercise. I agree with everyone here that the cheat days just aren't working for me anymore. :-( Hopefully some of it is just bloating that will go down eventually. At least I am staying accountable and not waiting until I gain 10 more. Sigh.

    Due date- 8/18/2015
Total gain at 24 weeks- 18.3 pounds (ugh)

Probably water weight from sodium. I know I became way more sensitive to that during pregnancy. I would think it will go away in a few days!

Okay so I've laid off the fast food... But am eating piles and piles of other food right now. Mostly healthy, but still too much. I'm struggling because it's only about 4 lbs since what I would consider my starting weight and I think in all honestly that I was probably at this weight at this point with my son (but I was lighter when I got pregnant with him in the first place so it would have been more like 16lbs gained with him at this point) and I feel like I just look lumpy and fat although the belly lump has a clear baby bump shape. Sigh. Pulling myself out of my self pity and going to do my best to eat well this next week and finally start that damn prenatal exercise DVD I've had for two years and only used twice...

20 weeks- 152.6 (14.2 lbs gain) at the half way mark! Except with a section I know I won't go the full 40 weeks... so even closer than half way!! Hopefully I will stabilize here a bit. I'd like to keep the gain at bay a few more weeks, although I'm not entirely unhappy. Wishing it were less, but ok with it none the less! I have just about a week until my half marathon, then I'm going to have to rein it in a bit as my training drops off! That, or keep up the miles!

So the total gain for my pregnancy was 25 pounds. I did gain fast in the first/second tri and for some reason it really slowed down in the 3 trimester. I gained almost nothing in the last 2 months.
