I did better for some of the time eating this week, although my appetite is definitely there. My energy level is decent so I've been able to be productive and keep moving. Water has improved but I could still be doing better. Overall I feel good - 5 weeks!

Dr wasn't worried last month, let's see what he says this time!

I feel pretty good, my scale went back down to 165lbs. & I walked on my treadmill yesterday & did a prenatal dvd (43 min.) tonight. WooHoo!!!, come on ladies, we can do this!!0

My weight has been wonky a bit, but I appear to finally started actually gaining. Still need to exercise more, but still tired and have been having headaches which are kicking my butt. Hope everyone is doing well!

So I have been eating better the past couple days... It helped that my mom came up and prepped a bunch of healthy food for me this weekend ☺️ and I mean stocked the fridge and cut stuff up and everything! What a woman. I guess last week's jump was partly sodium from all the crap I had been eating... I'm a teacher and we're on the June sprint to vacation so only a few more weeks until I can do it for myself too... It so helps!!!

Yikes!! I didn't think I had a bad week, but looking back at my food diary, I overate for the majority of the week. I noticed that I had a lot of extra carbs this week especially with dinner. Also even though I have still been feeling good, my activity has been way down. I lost my fitbit charger and that really helps me stay motivated for my morning and evening walks. Water was decent this week. I know some of the weight is baby but after reviewing I know I could have made better choices.
Goals for next week:
-Drink 2-3 of my 28oz water bottles daily
-No white bread/rolls
-Log 4 hours of intentional exercise
4 more weeks! I know this doesn't mean anything about how quick baby will come, but I'm measuring 2cm dilated.....things are starting to progress!! Ahh!0 -
I'm 12wk today with #2 and no weight gain. I'm still in my regular clothing. With that said I wouldn't worry much because with my 1st I swear I put on 5lb and all my pants got too small by 6 weeks. I was barely eating the whole time due to no appetite and I still kept piling on weight. I have don't nothing different this time0

I'm actually really embarrassed about my weight gain this week because I know it's because I let myself slip up. I had several days where I was over my goal by 400-500 calories, I didn't exercise as much, and I started estimating the amount of food I was eating. Back to the grind today. I'm supposed to range between 183-187 lbs for for this week. I hope to be back within my ideal range by next weigh in. We've got this, ladies!

I hit my exercise goal this week but still need to work on drinking more water. I am also drinking tea and sugar free drink mix because I just want something with flavor. I know the drink mix is not good but I have a hard time drinking any water on the weekends so at least its not soda or juice.
I did have a cheat day with fast food & red lobster buns but besides that, I avoided white bread. I also went to bed earlier and I really am starting to think that helps.
Dr. said that baby is measuring big so I'll have an ultrasound next week to check into things. 37 weeks and maybe less than 3 to go!
