Keto diet help please!

I've been doing some calculators online and if I eat 1200 calories a day, I need to stay under 80g protein, 50 carbs (is this net?), and 75g of fat. I am struggling to find foods that fit this macro. I end up eating too much protein and not enough fat. And if it's high in fat, it usually has carbs. So I really need suggestions for meals.
I am 5'3, 140lbs, needing to get back to pre baby weight of 125-130.

If you're aiming for ketosis, you'll likely have to drop your carbs to around 20-30g... also, eat more fat.0

There have been several discussions on total vs net carbs. That really comes down to personal preference. Look at your friends food diaries for meal ideas. That worked for me until I found a routine that fit me. But yes, keto carb levels are usually 30 or less. Good luck!0

Eggs, hard cheese, 20% fat beef mince, oily fish (rather than white fish) are all in the right ballpark for % calories from fat.
If you find yourself lumbered with a lean protein then use a high fat sauce, mayo etc to counteract it.0 -
50g net carbs is fine. Just avoid junk carbs.
For extra fat, slather butter on everything. Cook with coconut oil. Eat macadamia nuts for snacks.0 -
