Keto diet help please!

I've been doing some calculators online and if I eat 1200 calories a day, I need to stay under 80g protein, 50 carbs (is this net?), and 75g of fat. I am struggling to find foods that fit this macro. I end up eating too much protein and not enough fat. And if it's high in fat, it usually has carbs. So I really need suggestions for meals.

I am 5'3, 140lbs, needing to get back to pre baby weight of 125-130.
