@karlottap, @AngInCanada , @thetemplateblog, @KnitorMiss, @auntstephie123!!
Thank you.
Ditto this!
and @Sunny_Bunny_ , you've tightened up more than the loss I pounds would predict, I think.
Love this thread!

@karlottap what a transformation!!0

I originally went from 183 to 138 and then decided to "go on a bulk" because I felt I looked too scrawny. That was a disaster - I gained 20 lbs when I had only intended to gain 10. Anyway, here I am at 183 and 155. Size 16 and size 6.

Thank you for saying that! I think it's hard to see on ourselves. I felt like I could barely see a difference.0 -
@Sunny_Bunny_ you look great! I am 165 and need to lose a good 30 lbs. really want to get into the low carb groove and get off the sugar / processed carbs0

@Sunny_Bunny_ I know what you mean it's so hard to see it for yourself. I can see a huge difference on you already.0

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
You can do it! I was a SERIOUS sugar addict! I mean literally! I would get a craving for sour candies (my brand of drug) and look for any lame excuse to run to the store and eat half a movie theater box sized candy before I drove back home. (That way no one would know)
I NEVER have sugar or carb cravings anymore. If that's not an empowering sense of freedom from food addiction, I don't know what is!0 -
Wow, @parkdad73, that's a real transformation! I like that you recreated the park picture, too. What a pretty place!0

I've gone from 252lb to 160lb. Minus 92. The 2nd pic was about 10lb ago. I need to take a new one.
