Just completed my 60 mins in the park with my daughter. Also did 30 mins treadmill this am.0

. . . day 3 in row at the gym in the morning! I really did not feel up to it this morning so I just did 35 minutes on the elliptical.0

Today was good . Did 60 mins strength training and 110 mins water aerobics.0

Yesterday was good. I was trying not to eat out this week but I did Chipotle last night. The chicken I made for my lunch was nasty so I just ate the veggies. Got a workout in after not working out for 2 days. Definitely planning a workout for today.
Scale moved this morning . I'm planning on doing a workout Saturday morning or evening. I know I'm going to eat a lot, but I don't want to lose my progress...again. I'll probably lower my calorie intake on Sunday and do a walking workout.0 -

Instead of walking on the treadmill, had a 4 hours mother /daughters shopping trip to the mall followed by late lunch. I displayed good control today by not ordering sodas,cocktail,or dessert.0

Had friends and family over . Ate a little more than anticipated but within my calories intake.0

Woke up at 7 am. Went to the Y and completed my 60 mins water aerobic class. Going back to bed now. There will be no cooking today. Will have leftovers from yesterday.0

Guess I recovered from the holiday weekend since the scale moved 2 pounds this morning.
Doing a work-week Fitbit challenge this week, hopefully that will motivate me to get my workouts in this week. Slacked off on that since Thursday last week.0 -
Treadmill x70 mins and water aerobics 60 mins. Rewarded myself to a haircut.0

60 mins of water aerobics done. Registered for 5 one hour personal training session at the Y. I do not know anything about weight lifting so I want to know the correct techniques involved in weight/strength training.0

Yesterday was supposed to be my rest day,but somehow I felt energetic during the late evening so I did 45 mins treadmill. I guess it paid off. Lost 1.2 lbs for a total of 31 lbs in 6mths. Did some abdominal crunches and squats today.0

After leaving my FitBit at home for a day of shopping yesterday . . . I did manage to log a little over 3 miles! 1 while jumping rope! This morning I did get up and take a good walk to the gym, had a great workout and walk home - just finished shampooing my carpets.0

I think that people gets more incentive to work out if the scale is moving in the right direction. The same goes for eating mindfully.0

water intake , eat 3-5 fruits and and green vegetables and last but by no means least, cut out sodas, juices, sugar and processed foods and fast foods. That's what works for me. Try it!0 -

Thanks, 12774 . . . I had an overload of bread this month and while I know my body does better without I had no idea how bad it would be after overdoing it.
Its funny how whatever day it was, was never an issue regarding working out but lately it seems like any day with a 'y' in it is a day not to workout - LOL!!! Even though it is a Friday evening, I am going to the gym this evening, even if it is for 20 minutes I need to do this for my mindset, hopefully it will be for an hour - wish me luck!0
