My day started with me locking myself out when I took the dogs out, progressed into a parking ticket with the company vehicle when I slipped away to the gym, hectic schedule to supervise two family visits today culminating in deafening myself at the JOURNEY concert...what a great day! and I've managed to add another 5.39 miles

I think I need to up the ante a little. Over half way through the month and only 1/3 towards my goal!! The impact of having BOTH baby grandsons at once over several days. I really must get a double buggy/stroller so I can get out and walk - particularly as I'm missing ALL my classes at the gym and struggling to find time for my strength training. I'm shattered!!

I just can't win. Not able to even get a freaking hour of riding in, because my head, back and neck start giving me trouble. I know that it takes time to heal and I need to be patient. But.......I wanna get back to where I was. Can't go out with the group ride until I can get about 2 hours saddle time. Depressing.......
