    Put me down for 30 miles walking. Still having trouble with this muscle in my side/hip area. I think I'm going to have to go to the doctor. :s

    September goal is 210 miles walking/biking/elliptical (7 miles a day average, which worked well for me in August)
    Total to date - ___ of 210 miles

    Just 75 Gym bike miles this month.... if I make it to 100 miles...then that's just gravy!

    So excited today as I got my bike. My friend who sorted it was impressed by how quickly I 'remembered' how to ride - and my general fitness and stamina. I'm hoping to do a few cycling miles this month!

    5.6 mile run/walk, broke in new shoes with a mile on the treadmill after my appt with the trainer, then did more running/walking with my old shoes outside.

    What a bummer I didn't make my miles for August :(

    I will be traveling A LOT this month for work, 3 out of 4 weeks :/

    I will set my September goal at 50 miles, I hate to lower it but I really did not like not making goal last month!

    Let's start today with 6 miles for 6 out of 300. They weren't easy miles, but there you have it. Starting the month with six miles.
