It's especially helpful in the beginning when you have a low appetite and find yourself needing more calories or fat to prevent cravings from under eating.

They are easy to make and usually employ one or more of the following ingredients:

Coconut oil (virgin or refined)
Butter
Cream cheese
Cocoa Butter (virgin or refined)
Unsweetened Cocoa powder
Unsweetened Jello
Nuts (all kinds)
Strawberries and raspberries
Unsweetened Heavy Whipping cream
Different no-calorie sweeteners like: Splenda, Stevia, Monk fruit, etc.

99% of them ~ require no cooking, and are very easy to make.
