    My resolution for November is to get my *** in here every day and POST, even if I am not happy with myself. Please put me down for 75 miles. I want more, but I am going to start there and see what the month brings.

    I'm back in this month with a more manageable goal (100 miles) and scheduled plans for the gym 3-4 days a week

    And I started November with 5 miles...4.6 ran and .4 of walking warm-up and cool down.

    Starting out with 4.85 miles - ran 2, my second fastest time so far, reinforcing my belief that I do best after working a night shift, getting four hours sleep and inhaling a large Dunkin Donuts coffee.

    @clepant - the dogs are adorable.

    November will mean more running and less cycling as well as a week out of town and an ortho appointment, so I'm lowering my goal to 150. I started November with a fantastic bike ride- only wish every day was like today!

    Walked w/DH and Bean very early this morning...we watched the beautiful sunrise!! Then walked w/DDD then went to Fry's w/DH then got on the bike. A good Sunday for sure!

    11/1 - 10.68 miles
    11/1 - 12.26 recumbent miles
