    Okay....too tired from raking leaves to log in last night.
    Nov. 13: 9.25 Miles of running 4 and walking 5.25 miles along with lots of leaf raking while wearing my headlights.
    Nov. 14: 10.26 of which 5.02 miles were running and 5.24 miles were walking.
    TTD. 148.63 miles

    What a month I've had. Spent the first week taking care of dad. Then as soon as he left, made an unscheduled visit up to my son who was having some problems. Then closed up the summer house and spent 2 days driving to our Florida house which has been under construction all summer. Still upacking everything we had to put away for the contractors and the house looks like a bomb went off, but we're home. I went for a run with the dogs this morning to try to get back on track. Dismayed to see some people have already hit goal and I'm barely on the board. I've got work to do!!! Anyone else in the same boat ... let's do this thing!

    Anaconda, let us know how your son is doing when you can.

    5.8 mile run/walk Took a Mental Health Day (shh, don't tell them) so it was nice to be productive (have a clean first floor as well) Any runners who can suggest headbands that don't slide? I tried out one I have, but thinking to the 5K in January, I'd have to pin it on to keep it from moving. I guess my head is too big.

    Walked a little bit w/DH and Bean yesterday and a little bit farther today. Getting him back to what he was walking at a slow pace. Hit the gym early this morning w/DDD then walked w/DH and Bean then got on the bike for an episode of Castle.

    11/13 - 2.27 miles
    11/14 - 4.14 miles
    11/14 - 16.75 bike miles

    I just haven't felt right in a while and it's affecting, well, everything including my walking. Adding in what little walking I have managed in since Wednesday. I am really trying to find a better place and get myself back on track here. Not ready to give up.

    Added 3.25 miles for a November total of 27.25 miles.

    5.5 mile run/walk. Tried to see if I could get under 9 mins for the first mile and I did :smiley: And got my fastest two mile time also. Then tried to get my breathing to return to normal.
