not feeling well today so i am having processed and will be lucky to get enough cals to record. we have 6 members who have not signed in i have contacted them and 4 of them have not even accepted my friends request just letting you know what is going on am going to message them all right now0

Congrats Ravensbaby on joining a gym- I've been back at the gym for 2-3 months now and already feel so much fitter & stronger.
I had a bit of a rubbish week, eating-wise, but weighed in this morning & have lost 2 pounds! Maybe even 3 pounds since I put in my starting weight for TWA. Yay!0 -
