    It was down run balmy out today (43), so I strapped up with reflective gear and head light and took off running after work in the dark.
    Jan. 14: 10.62miles of running 3.62 miles and walk/ jogging 7 miles

    TTD: 132.68 miles. (Closing in on goal) Maybe I will hit it before the frigid weather gets here.

    Finally on the board with 6 miles out of 100. Had to get on the indoor trainer but at least it's a start. :smile:

    Adding 3 miles for 9 out of 100. I think I might be able to tack on some more this evening. It's pretty slow at the clinic.

    Adding another 6 miles for 15 out of 100.

    Adding another 10 miles for 25 out of 100.

    This California girl right here had to wear my scarf, beanie, gloves, vest and heavy coat and boots for her 45F yard duty this morning... :D yeah, I would not function well in cold weather territory for sure!

    No miles for me, but I did use the step climber at the gym for awhile. With my sweatshirt on, too chilly in there for t-shirt only! (Ok ok, I took it off half way through :D )

    Looking at my mileage, I'm impressed, given I've been laid low with gastroenteritis. Monday the 11th was the day I could barely open my eyes without waves of feeling unwell. I have pushed myself though!

    I just got a look at my work schedule for the last week of the month. 70 hours at a desk job with almost no chance of moving at all. YIKES!!! I need to move it now while I have the time.
