Had to get on the indoor trainer but at least it's a start.
Adding 3 miles for 9 out of 100. I think I might be able to tack on some more this evening. It's pretty slow at the clinic.
Adding another 6 miles for 15 out of 100.
Adding another 10 miles for 25 out of 100.
Adding another 9 miles for 34 out of 100.
Adding another 9 miles for 43 out of 100.
Adding another 6 on the XC skis. That makes 49 out of 100.
Adding 19 more miles for 68 out of 100.
Adding 3 more miles on the fat tire in the snow. The dog loved it! That's 71 out of 100.
Adding another 8 miles. My legs are cooked. I know it says running in place, but I was hauling butt up a big hill and then taking the long way home on my Spiders. (Fischer Spider 62 is a Back Country ski). That makes 79 out of 100. Don't expect much tomorrow.

@clepant, sick your dogs on em, that's what we do!
Had to go to the city today for dr appointment. A 9 hr round trip. Took 12 hrs with the appointment, Costco, walmart, lunch & fuel up! Walked the poodle for a 1/2 mile while waiting for DH to fuel up & get pizza then I rode the ex bike for 6 when we got home. Left at 6:50 this morning & got home at 6:50 this evening!
That is one very long day. I don't envy you there. Weren't you nursing a bad back? How did that handle the ride?0 -

@dcmat: Good to see you are still around. Wow...what a long work day.
@vhuber: Yikes...what a day for you.
@Dean:The deer here are so use to dogs, humans and cars. I have walked my dogs and have had the deer charging at me. Sometimes when I run or walk they have literally walked down the opposite side of the road right past me. It seems they have a new predator in my area. I have caught two sightings of a cayote chasing the herd the past two weeks and my trail running club came across one last week on a run....so they are on the rise in my area.
Jan. 22: 10.5 miles of running 4 and walking 6.5 miles.
TTD: 210.91 miles

@clepant - Yikes! The Coyote are all around here but they stay hidden. To see them in the open is troubling. I hope you don't have a rabies problem around there.0

@dcmat - good to hear from you. Not the same without you.
Well, I'm back. First run since Disney. That was one nasty virus I had but feeling much better now. Hope I can get caught up. Have a great Saturday!0 -

@Janet: So glad you are back on the mend. So sorry you had to deal with such a nasty virus. Take it easy as you get back in the swing of things. Its more important for you to build your strength and immune system up again. I am sure all that running in four days took a toll on your body and made you more vulnerable to that virus.
@ Dean: Coyote were never here and started back in our area in 2002. There have been an occasional spotting of them with one case in a county park a few years ago where they surrounded a woman and her dog while hiking. This is the third sitting of a coyote by my dad, hubby and me in the past month. I just think they are moving into residential areas around here and we have an abundance of rabbit, squirrels and deer so they have a nice menu of food. Sure hope it is not a rabies issue.0 -
