    Walked this morning w/DH then biked for 45 mins and an episode of Castle. A good Sunday!

    Jan. 24: Sore from shoveling so much snow yesterday Tomorrow back in the 40's....hooray!

    I had the 2 grandsons yesterday so nana pulled the sled for 1.5 miles & today while watching some football I rode 12 on the ex bike.

    @Dean, yes my back always gives me issues & I have learned to see the chiropractor once or twice a week. I went through a windshield of a car when I was in my teens plus years of sliding into base so I guess I'm being haunted. Running is really tough on my back.

    I did go on some antibiotics this past week but was still having bronchial issues & now have a inhaler to use when I feel it's hard to breathe. I want well again!!!

    @kar328: Deep breaths....I know all about those stressful drives. Hope the roads cleared up.

    I made it home both days, car and Karen intact. Sunday was messy, but at least there was no traffic. Today had the typical Monday morning traffic but was mostly clear. I was offered the chance to go home at 3AM, but stayed because I didn't want to be driving in the dark, and stuck in a ditch with no one else around.

    Sliding into goal and stopping right on the mark today with a 3 mile walk around the streets. It's in the upper 40s and actually really nice out.

    I'll take the fat burning anywhere I can get it. Especially since I just devoured way too many Thin Mints. But icy car journeys are definitely not my favorite way to do it

    Took advantage of our temps hitting 40 today. So I got some running miles in today along with lots of jogging and walking with my kids and pups.
    Jan. 25: 12.35 miles of running 4.35 miles and jogging 3 miles and 5 miles of walking
    TTD: 246.26 miles

    Finally on the board with 6 miles out of 100. Had to get on the indoor trainer but at least it's a start. :smile:

    Adding 3 miles for 9 out of 100. I think I might be able to tack on some more this evening. It's pretty slow at the clinic.

    Adding another 6 miles for 15 out of 100.

    Adding another 10 miles for 25 out of 100.

    Adding another 9 miles for 34 out of 100.

    Adding another 9 miles for 43 out of 100.

    Adding another 6 on the XC skis. That makes 49 out of 100. :smile:

    Adding 19 more miles for 68 out of 100.

    Adding 3 more miles on the fat tire in the snow. The dog loved it! That's 71 out of 100.

    Adding another 8 miles. My legs are cooked. I know it says running in place, but I was hauling butt up a big hill and then taking the long way home on my Spiders. (Fischer Spider 62 is a Back Country ski). That makes 79 out of 100. Don't expect much tomorrow. :smile:

    I have finally put a ride track on Strava. A beautiful, sunny day. Took the Frankenbike MTB out for a spin. I have forgotten how heavy that setup is. Geared differently made it interesting on little climbs, of which I have not been on an outdoor ride since Dec 1st, 2015. It was weird regaining my balance after being on a hamster wheel for over 6 weeks.

    01/22 - 01.0 miles light walk
    01/23 - 15.0 miles cycling trainer
    01/23 - 01.0 miles walking along the river
    01/24 - 01.0 miles nice walk
    01/25 - 11.0 miles cycling

    Total: 204.0 miles
