Got to work, there was only one patient, so I go to go to the patient gym and use the treadmill. 3 mile run/walk. Spent the next couple of hours watching tv in an empty room, then got my name pulled to go home early Now waiting for the sleep med to kick in. All in all, one of my better work shifts.

@anaconda469 I just had a great mental picture of you riding around the living room. I'm sure the trainer is much safer

Adding another 8 miles. My legs are cooked. I know it says running in place, but I was hauling butt up a big hill and then taking the long way home on my Spiders. (Fischer Spider 62 is a Back Country ski). That makes 79 out of 100. Don't expect much tomorrow.0 -
Biology lesson for the day. Some of the trees look dead. They aren't. They aren't real Evergreens. They are Tamarack trees. They look like Evergreen trees but loose their leaves in the fall and get them back in the spring. They are actually from the Larch family.

Jan.19: Doing report card grades for 15 classes is something I will not miss when I retire.And now the herd of 22 deer have decided that my yard is their new salad bar. My yard looks like a field of deer netting gone crazy. It would be easier throwing a big piece over the entire house and stacking it down at the edges of the yard like a tent.
8.5 miles of walking and some jogging thrown in for good measure.
TTD: 190.66

Set up a trap door and start taking them one by one. Venison sausage is really good when sliced and put in Rotello tomatoes with Velvita cheese and used as a dip for toasted bread.0 -

Well 1 mile is better than 0 miles, right?

@sufferlandrian Beautiful shots!
@clepant I don't miss report cards at all! I could go for some venison, too!0 -
