    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the recumbent for 47 mins and an episode of Covert Affairs then went to first grade then shopped then did a kettlebell workout for 25 mins. Now I'm going to read!!

    3/01 - 6.59 miles
    3/01 - 13.50 bike miles

    I missed my goal by 1.5 miles in February. Hopefully an extra two days in March will help me reach the goal of 50 miles.

    Starting off March with 3 miles run, and I will be aiming for 100 again this month!

    Mar.1: 10.22 miles today with a 4.22 miles walk/run to keep up with training and not die trying to breath.
    Also a couple miles walking the pups and a few more walking at work.

    Total to date - 2.27 of 124 miles (trying only an average of 4 miles per day this month- still not feeling well and still working overtime, so maybe the lower goal will work)
