I forgot to take my Metformin after eating last night, but I also had Girl Scout cookies for dessert. So I did the same thing. This AM 158, but went down after two hours to 116. OK with that number.164 ... I must admit it, I've way overeaten on sweet food the past several days.

98 today, been about the same for a few weeks now. Following low carb, 60 to 80ish, per day diet. Hope Dr. Will reduce meformin next appt. in April.0
