    It seems that everyone notices waistes,butts ,etc. what I'm noticing are arms. So much smoother and slimmer! The rest is great, too.

    I've never put these two pics together before, the one on the left is from July 2015 when I first started exercising, or planned to start exercising. the one on the right is from earlier this week. I had been comparing the most recent photo to a photo from two months ago and there were minimal changes. This has to be my favorite so far. I weight basically the same in both pictures. 147 on the scale back in July and the one from this week the scale said 150.
