    Walk with friends and 3 mile run this morning puts me at goal... :) I'd like to up goal to 150 miles if I could!

    @vhuber: Can't speak for you but I sure know the old muscles ain't what they use to be. I am a hurting but still biking, walking and running. Arm is pretty much useless for anything else.

    Break today as I attended a short program for my master gardener hours. Another intense day of high dew points and heat so it was cycling inside today.
    July 14: 24.03 miles of walking for 3 and cycling for 20.03 miles.
    TTD: 276.8 miles

    Sorry I ended too busy to post the last couple of days. Plus, yesterday's migraine didn't help. I ended up surviving yesterday on stale crackers and diluted Gatorade. And most of that didn't stay down either. Thankfully I am much better today and I am carefully avoiding all of my known triggers.

    Added 7.75 miles since Tuesday for a July total of 55.5 miles

    Wow, it sounds like many of us are having a successful month. Congratulations!!!

    @clepant I hope your shoulder is feeling better. If you ever find that fountain of youth so we heal as quickly as my 20something daughters, let me know. Oh for the days when I would calming say "it's just a pulled muscle, it'll be fine in a day or two".
