Walked 2.31 miles yesterday.

Saturday, I rode with my best cycling buddies on one of my favorite routes- 45.74 miles.
Sunday, we rode to town for pizza- 19.38 miles.
Monday, I had surgery on my left shoulder. It was minor compared to the last one. Dr. had to scrape bone spurs and found some scar tissue (likely from the stress fracture) that was causing impingement. I started PT yesterday, and should be back at it in no time. Dr. said it could be up to a year before I have full range of motion though. I'm optimistic that with hard work, that won't be the case!

@Just_Ceci So glad it's working out for you.
@f80flec Not missing work, not missing drama, not missing coworkers, not missing any of it.
4.3 miles walking, one around the track before TRX class. Several of us have been doing that while we wait for the class so it's been fun. It was gorgeous outside, I walked somewhere between a mosey and a brisk walk.

Glad all went well with surgery. They told me 3 months on my knee and it took 2 years to feel good again. Shoulders take time, so be patient. It took my hubby 10 months and he worked hard for complete range of motion in his shoulder. His PT was harder than mine.1 -

@KAR328 - It just makes my heart smile to hear about how much you're enjoying your active lifestyle.
@CLEPANT - Sounds like maybe you should incorporate a new policy that while you're waiting for parent pick-ups, the student should have to run laps with you until they arrive. lol That would make the kids make sure their parents weren't late...
I got a quick 4.0 stationary bike ride in this morning after my weight circuit at the gym. First time in almost two weeks because of vacation and a lingering cold and...well...it's just been difficult to get there. I've been exercising elsewhere though.

I've haven't been here a few days, and I just wanted to let everyone know how much I have missed reading about everyone's day, good news, sad news ( @vhuber ), and challenges. We are such a great community!
I continue to move. I went spinning yesterday. I didn't do too badly for a slightly damaged version of myself, but better than I have in quite some time1 -

Thanks. It both amazes and amuses me when I think about it. Walking outside is the cheapest form of therapy, especially now with the weather so beautiful. Did 4.5 miles today, scared a tiny lizard and tried to get a pic of an egret at the edge of the lake, but he was faster than me so I got one of him flying across it instead.
