    Did a 5 mile race today. I wasn't prepared and ended up walking a few times, but got under my 1 hour goal. It's really hilly and they still get the best of me. Went with my trainer, another client of hers and her hubby. We celebrated by hitting up a local donut place. I had two and even logged the suckers. Glad it's done.

    Oct. 16: Adding 13.25 miles of running 8.07 miles and walking 5.18 miles. My legs are worn out today. Too much pounding the pavement. Raking leaves, cleaning up garden beds and cutting grass. At least my heel is feeling better.

    I'm so happy to be so close to goal and so soon! Thanks for all of your well wishes. I'm amazed how well it's going right now :blush:
    Did more spinning and walking. I'm missing my boards, but hopefully I will get out to the water this coming weekend!

    @kar328 - well done on your sub 60 5 miles, an excellent result.
    @clepant - I'm not surprised your legs are worn out. That was a busy day!! I'm glad your heel is behaving itself.

    ETA - the ticker is still playing up 46.55 is the right total.

    5.1 miles between walking and doing lots and lots of running in this morning's Boot Camp class. I went to yesterday's race with the instructor and we both had sore legs, but there was still running. Lots of running ... But it was a nice class because it was 60 and we did it outside in the moonlight.

    Wow! Can't believe the month got away from me like it did. Been extremely busy and working long hours. Managed to squeeze in a little bit of walking but need to play catch up big time! I'm adding 24 miles to bring me up to date.

    I'm not sure why but my ticker won't update. I should have 36/75.

    @WANDERAN - I already had you at 104.7 before you added the 6.3 miles. Shouldn't it be 111 now?


    And I managed to hit my goal yesterday with a 10 mile stationary bike ride at the gym! Woohoo! :smiley:
