Boy, getting back into a routine after being so peaceful in the wondrous mountains hasn't been easy, but the last few day have been from 133 going down to 120's until yesterday 117 and today at 114. Getting back to regular times of meals & meds was the issue.

Thanks and hoping you can get off your meds too.
For me, I would have taken the meds if it meant control and I couldn't get control off them.
Being healthy and active and maintaining good control is good with or without meds in my opinion.
I have no doubt that as my disease progresses I will have to take meds again but for now I enjoy the awesome fact my body still will cooperate and I will try and keep myself healthy as my #1 priority!!

97... which I know is a fine number, but I've been trending in the 90s and low 100's this week. I need to look my diary and see what's going on. I've kept my carbs in check mostly, but I haven't been strict about getting a set amount at each meal. Boo for having to do work.

Welcome Asrai50. Oh to be 127.
9.3 (167.4) I was lower at bedtime last night, so I thought I would be lower this morning too. What gives?

Miss Dawn Phenomenon was visiting you!! No worries you BS is always ok after you wake up!!

Yes...I used to have a big problem with that dawn phenomenon. I found a late night snack with some protein and a little fat held my blood sugar during the night more stable and I didnt get as much of a morning liver dump.

You're too funny. What kind of pie is this that's sooo tempting? Myself, it would be lemon meringue.

Today's number is the same as yesterday, 9.3(167.4)

Pies and cakes are my weakness sweets. cookies/biscuits and ice cream are "meh" in my book. this week it has been blueberry pie, last week was lemon meringue... and i am the one at fault, i make the damned things. Granted SWMBO and/or the kids ask for them but they eat very little of them so over the week i eat them. The worse part is the crust: butter, lard, flour and vodka.

143....pump issue last night though. My own fault, should have taken care of it over night but apparently my brain thought staying in bed was more important :D

117..Hope everyone has a great day. I am working today (I work 24 hour shifts) so hopefully I can make some good choices! Packing my food for the day to take with me...trying to stay away from the junk food!

7.3 (131.4) Woohoo, that is my normal. I ate a lot of veggies and low fat choices yesterday. Had a granola bar around 7:30 ish. It seems to have worked. Things are looking up!

@judyvalentine512 great to hear that the numbers are getting around normal.
