Just finished the MUVE videos! Now I have that "I love my Huli Huli chicken wings" song in my head :P Got six miles in this morning, my last longer run before my half marathon on Thursday. And I've been under calories every day. Just gotta get to the spreadsheet on my desktop to mark it all off. Happy Saturday, everyone!5

@SmashleyM914 I was on the treadmill this morning. It wasn't awful. I didn't push the speed and I was surprised that I could run for the full minute. Could have probably gone a bit longer, but that will happen next week. Good job on getting to week 7!2

GUYS. I weighed in today and got the surprise of a lifetime. I am officially under 200 lbs. 199.4, to be exact. Now, that may not seem amazing to you, but I have been overweight or obese nearly my entire life. I actually hit over 400 lbs a few years back. I literally do not ever remember weighing under 200 lbs, even as a kid. This also means I'm less than 10 lbs from my goal weight of 190. I'm 6 feet tall and have very big bones, so who knows where exactly I will end up. I just had to share. I literally gasped when I saw the scale and teared up. So much hard work, so many ups and downs have led to this huge milestone in my life, and it's challenges like this one that keep me active, keep me moving, and help me get there. So so happy right now9

I've been working towards Onederland for almost 2 years now and I have 42 more lbs to go:-( This year has been a struggle for me I've hit a plateau and I've been trying to stay positive. Thank you, everyone! I hope it didn't sound like I was bragging. It was my goal to get under 200 lbs by the end of 2016 and I just can't believe I got there and early, too

@carinamenina this is the perfect place to brag! I don't think it is bragging, just sharing an accomplishment. Awesome job! Most of us have the same struggles so it is fun to cheer someone on who is making it work!
It is very very winter coat cold here. I am going to the mall with my daughter to get a few things that I will need for the cruise. Mall walking will probably be the only exercise I get today. I feel like I need a rest day.

Second half marathon in three weeks today with @mckeon11 , times are moving in the right direction!
My Sundays are usually a heavy minute day but will be out of town next weekend and will be lucky to get 60 in then plus working extra this week so my times will likely be down overall but I'll get in as much as I can for our team. Have a wonderful week everyone.1 -
