@carinamenina Keep bragging! That is so awesome! You deserve a huge prize!
It was really wet here again today but I got it all done! First place! I hope we can hold it! Good night all.3 -
@carinamenina this is the perfect place to brag! I don't think it is bragging, just sharing an accomplishment. Awesome job! Most of us have the same struggles so it is fun to cheer someone on who is making it work!
It is very very winter coat cold here. I am going to the mall with my daughter to get a few things that I will need for the cruise. Mall walking will probably be the only exercise I get today. I feel like I need a rest day.
Enjoy your Saturday everyone!2 -
@carinamenina Congrats!! Such a great accomplishment.
74 Saturday, to freezing this weekend. Ugh...I knew I should have put out my Christmas stuff outside but was just too busy. Now it's so cold.2 -
Second half marathon in three weeks today with @mckeon11 , times are moving in the right direction!
My Sundays are usually a heavy minute day but will be out of town next weekend and will be lucky to get 60 in then plus working extra this week so my times will likely be down overall but I'll get in as much as I can for our team. Have a wonderful week everyone.1 -
Awesome work this week team! Hopefully some of the blanks fill up and we get an even bigger jump! So proud of all of you!3

Other than indicating it on the spreadsheet, is there anything I need to do for the under my calories challenge?0

Getting my accountability challenge done nice and early this week:
This year, I'm thankful for my husband and my son. This may be the obvious answer, but this Thanksgiving will be spent just the 3 of us. There's lots of awful family fighting going on with my husband and his family, and tradition always had us going there for Thanksgiving. So this year will be different, but I'm grateful that we have each other and I know the day will still be wonderful for us. Through all of this fighting that's been going on, it's brought my husband and I closer than ever, and I'm just so thankful to have him as my person.
I hope you all have a wonderful holiday, and don't forget to stay active! I'm not able to open the spreadsheet yet, hopefully Ill be able to soon and I can see how we ended the week.4 -
WEEK 6 SPREADSHEET IS UP!2
-
I can't open the dang spreadsheet on my phone without the app crashing I can open any of my other sheets, but the fall one crashes and it's making me crazy.0
-
Every Monday I have to open the spreadsheet from the link. It always crashes from my iPad, and sometimes from my phone... I think it is because Apple wants me to update all my older stuff.
Today I am just doing yoga & some cleaning., it is really cold out & I don't want to go on a machine at the gym. I am going to focus on drinking water & eating clean.
I decided for the race portion of the challenge I will pick the warmest day & run 5km. I usually just run at whatever pace I feel like, catch Pokemon & hit pokestops for my son. (Silly, I know) I will take one run & run my best 5km. It will help me set a goal for the 5km race that we run at the beginning of May.

@lpeltenburg the same thing happens with me, except toward the end of last week even after opening the spreadsheet on my desktop it continued to crash on my phone. Same thing this morning.

I always go to the link every Monday and open the new spreadsheet from my desktop at work. I gave up trying on my phone a long time ago :P
Wahoo, New York! I've only been a couple of times but it's an amazing place. I'll get the Turkey Trot done on Thursday (good thing you all encouraged me to do that half marathon!). I'm a little nervous about those Rockette videos but I'll get them done at some point
This year, I am grateful for my husband and my two sons. They are my world and the reason I do all that I do. I cannot imagine not having them in my life. I am also grateful for my newfound health and love of running. I never in a million years thought I would willingly drag myself out of bed before 6am and run around my neighborhood, but I have done that many times this year and I love what it has done for me and my confidence. Life is grand.
Happy Monday, everyone4 -
I have SO MUCH to be thankful for! I am in good health. My husband and all of my kids and all of our grand kids are all in good health. We are all profitable and have more than enough. All of my children and their children serve and love the Lord God, our maker. He is so faithful! I am blessed, My marriage of 36 years is blessed, my family is blessed and our businesses are blessed! I am thankful to and for God! "Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations." Psalms 100:4&52

Hi guys! I am new to this current race and team. I have completed several in the past and love them!!
About me, I am 33 married mom of 3.5 year old boy/girl twins from middle Tennessee area. Work full time as a pediatric nurse. I started my "journey" 3 years ago and successfully lost and have maintained 130lb weight loss on my own with lifestyle and diet changes.
I am just under 6 month post-op excess skin removal of stomach and both arms with probable inner thigh and stomach revision coming up in spring. We will see.
I am incredibly thankful for my beautiful babies that took some work to get. They have truly saved my life in many times.9 -
Welcome, @melissasue0317 !!! We're so excited to have you I'd love to hear more about your skin removal, recovery, cost, etc., if you're willing to share either here or via PM. I have a lot of excess skin as well.
I love seeing the thankful posts! Keep 'em coming, everyone!!!!2 -
Good news! I am doing an "official" turkey trot with my sister Thanksgiving morning I am also very thankful for my family- I will post more thankful things during the week. Tonight, I am most thankful for my husband! (I am not feeling 100% and he is helping pick up my slack)6

Got up this morning and completed day 2 of the C25K. After I was done with that I just continued walking until I got my 4 miles in. I also started the Rockettes challenge, so only two more times with those. I really pushed myself on Sunday and I'm feeling it today. I'm not sure when I'll get the turkey trot in. Maybe I can do it after dinner on Thursday. Right now I'm thankful for being able to lay in a comfy bed. I'm tired.4

HI all!
I am thankful for so many things.
My kids are healthy, happy & both have strong opinions & personalities
My husband, continues on the path of good health & is a very hard worker
Our business, continues to thrive & grow & provide for our family. Allows us to do & have all of the things that we need & most things we want
I am thankful for where we live & the beauty that surrounds me every single day.
I am even thankful for the cold weather we are having this week... it will make me appreciate the cruise I am going to be on in less than 2 weeks6 -
@melissasue0317 Welcome to the the team!
Just a little reminder everyone to post your numbers, we are sitting in last place this morning!0 -
Good Morning Team and Welcome @melissasue0317
This challenge just made me laugh... One Sunday morning I bought tickets for the family to go to the Radio City Christmas show. When I was young, my parents took us all the time since I grew up 1/2 hour outside the city. Now I'm 3 hours north. We are all looking forward to it.
It is always a great show.
For the Rockettes challenge, I was on a kickline in high school. It took me 2 yrs to make the squad. I guess I will get back in shape again. LOL.
I am thankful for...
my wonderful family, my husband, son and daughter, who are all healthy and doing well.
my great career as a math teacher. At 15, I decided I wanted to be a teacher so I went to school and did it. As I get ready to retire, I am thankful for being able to chase my dreams and for all my great students. I loved my job!
another year with my Mom. In June, she had a stroke and fortunately she has recovered. This year many of my friends have buried their parents. We have reached that age and so enjoy what time you get to spend with your parents...it doesn't last forever.7 -
So much to be thankful for this year! First off I am thankful that I will be able to spend Thanksgiving with my stepfather..... emergency surgery in April and a diagnosis of brain cancer, he is doing very well and am just so thankful for every minute we have to spend together. Thankful that the rest of my family is healthy and happy and doing what they love. Thankful that I have the opportunity to get out and exercise as there are so many that are physically unable to do so. Thankful for a great group of friends that push me to work harder. Finally, thankful that I have a job that I love and that gives me the opportunity to see people regain their independence.
Will try to post a few more this week

I am thankful for my happy and healthy 6 month old- he is such a joy and I love being his mom! He also thinks the rockette challenge is hilarious- or maybe its just my version6

Hello, I am thankful for much in my life - my husband, my parents, my grandmother, my sister, my two nephews and the many friends in my life. I have a roof over my head, clean water to drink, clothes, a warm bed, my health, and so many opportunities every day. I live in a beautiful city with a mild climate. It was warm enough for me to be outside today without a jacket.4
