Went out for a run this morning. It was -36, which for you Americans was -34. It was really cold! But I hate to miss it and have to go on the treadmill!
I've got 2/5 days done for the calories. I like to be done by the weekend, just in case4 -

1232/1332 stairs complete. I'll finish tomorrow. Even as a laziest possible day I have 90 steps down in the parking garage to my car and 24 steps each way at home.

Brrrr that is cold!! Last 2 days I've ran, it has been about 20F with wind chill about 9F. I've ran in colder this winter, but nothing close to that!
I am 3/3 days under calories this week, but still need to do the balance video one more time. Should knock that out tomorrow.

Argh, waited too long today to hit the stairs, that I should have hit yesterday (but our ladies luncheon got in the way). Parking was impossible (it's at our convention center) since a conference was letting out by the time I got over there. Will try again tomorrow, else I guess I'm hitting the stairmaster at the gym (yuck!).
I did get 1 balance video done yesterday. Guess I'll do the second one today since I'm not doing stairs.
I'm actually 3/3 in eating under, even though I originally closed out my food diary last night a few calories over (like 20 or so). I had to back out one of my entries since I didn't imbibe the full portion, so it put me back under when I entered the correct portion size, but it didn't adjust the post to my news feed.1 -

I had an appointment at the hospital yesterday and afterwards just walked up and down the 8 flights of stairs until I'd gotten them all done. Calves and quads are screaming at me today!

Almost done with the stair challenge and plan to do the fitness blender videos tonight. On track for staying in my calories, but I have to wait until Sunday to know for sure.
Doctor confirmed my shoulder pain is a rotator cuff tendinitis...do you all think I would be able to count my PT as exercise time?3
