I want a piece of that pie.
I went out for my long run this morning with my running group. Big crowd today, as it was slightly less cold. I ran my longest distance since back in October when I did my half marathon, so I'm pretty excited about that. Still no where near HM-ready distance but that's fine because I'm not signed up for any yet! Maybe one this summer, but probably not until fall.
Anyway...while running wasn't too bad I was miserable after from being sweaty and then getting cold. Stella was raring to go out but she had to wait for me to take a hot shower and then warm up for a while. We finally went on an hour walk and now we're settling in for a possible nap. Sounds good to me.
I exceed my 700 minutes so I've done what I can there. I just need to finish one more time through the balance workout and I'm all done for the week.

Whew, one round of the balance video done - couldn't do the superman stuff or the jumping at the end, but did manage the lunges and the rest of it. Holy hard! Either I'm totally unbalanced... oh yeah, well that answers that... I'll try it again in the morning, I'm pooped! Goodnight Teamies, rest well so we can hit 'em where it hurts tomorrow!4

@hawkins410 love the milkmaid for @Vowder. Just had cake and ice cream. Could you please find me someone to deliver me coffee? Better yet have Tara find someone. She has good taste! Can't believe all the minutes you did today.
We didn't have 90 like @TamiJo1004. But it was 65 in Cincinnati. Made my family walk everywhere!! About 4 hours worth but I logged in one hour for the time it was solid hoofing not casually strolling.

Ended up skipping dinner... for the wrong reasons.
Was supposed to have dinner at an event tonight but the dinner was put away before I got some food. Those ladies were remarkably efficient.
So.... I hit my calorie target today. I'm starved at the moment but will just have a small snack and call it a night.
See you all tomorrow. I hope to get some good minutes.

Today will be a day with a little relax time and my last workout for this week to accomplish my promise to Tami for the 700 min.
But it was very hard and can't promise the next week will be the same,ofcourse I will do my workout everyday but no promise if it will be another 700 min + week again.
So let us focus at the last day of this great week we are just 60 points ahead but let us not suprised by Team 4 when they put in there numbers at the last minute!
So keep that booty moving today and put in the last challenge numbers so we can extend our wonderful TEAM 1 position.

Little Johnny comes home from sunday school with a black eye.

We were all in church saying our prayers. We all stood up and my teacher in front of me had her dress in the crack of her butt.
I reached over and pulled it out.
That's when she hit me!"
"Johnny," the father said.
"You don't do those kind of things to women."
Sure enough, the very next sunday Johnny came home with the other eye black and blue.
Johnny's father said, "Johnny, I thought we had a talk!"
"But Dad," Johnny said, "It wasn't my fault.
There we were in church saying our prayers.

Then Louie who was sitting next to me saw it and he reached over and pulled it out.

After Sunday school, the teacher released the kids to go to church and reminded them, "You all know to be very nice and quiet in the church. And why is that?"
Little Johnny offers, "Miss, it's so we wouldn't wake all those people sleeping."

I finished the videos yesterday, OMG it was way harder than it looked and I had to hold onto something for support because I was a little dizzy throughout but I succeeded. I was under calorie again so finished all 3 challenges and now starting today. Hope everyone has a good day.4

Hey everyone! Ya'll are doing great.........I need to get 90 more minutes to max out at 700 this week. I ended up taking yesterday off because my honey didn't have to work last night (or Friday night), so we actually got family time. He typically works weekends, so this was a treat for us.
So, I will get going on my workout in a bit.....after I catch up with MFP.
@hawkins410 - I am having my morning cup of coffee right now, so please send your gentleman friend this way.
Also - just wanted to share that I am only 8 lbs away from my goal! I am SO DANG EXCITED!!! This is 12 1/2 years in the making!!!!

Sorry for being quiet again this week. The app wasn't letting me do anything! I deleted and reloaded it on serval occasions and finally got it to start working again.
Challenges are done and my minutes are recorded!!! Not sure I will hit the max of 700, but I am over 600!!!4 -
I'm still here but I'm struggling right now, both mentally and physically. I think I am starting to develop overtraining symptoms again, so my plan was to take some time off this coming week. We are getting another blizzard today and tomorrow, so I think I'll just start that time off now, except for the shoveling of course. So that will probably be it for me to end the week. And then for the next week I'll do the challenges, and probably my kickboxing class, but likely nothing else until next weekend.
I just talked with a trainer this morning and am planning to start with her the week after next. Hopefully that will get me out of my funk.3 -
It's almost noon. I have 65 minutes of exercise time so far today - I was out scooping horse poop in the pasture. I need 2 hours more time to get to 700. I think I can do this.
Next to go - the challenge video. I'll get those ten points in the spreadsheet.6 -

I'm getting ready to do round two also. It is harder that I expected. My hips are screaming on some of these standing exercises, not my calves. When I finish that I will be down to needing 45 minutes to make my 700!4
